Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the item and only in the following cases:

•⁠  ⁠Defect caused by us: damage, stains, production faults, or any issue found upon receiving the item.
•⁠  ⁠Incorrect item or size delivered: if the item or size received does not match your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Approved cases are eligible for exchange only.
